The platforms we work with

The right mix of technology for the job.

There's no shortage of options. The work is choosing the combination that fits what your business needs to do, then making it run. We do that heavy lifting across CRM, cloud, data and AI.

Core platforms

The platforms we build on.

  • Salesforce

The platform for CRM and a great deal more. It stretches to fit almost any business problem, which is why so much of our work starts here.

  • Anthropic

The makers of Claude. We build it into the processes you already run, with a person on the final call.

  • ElevenLabs

Voice AI: natural speech and transcription, for agents and services that need to talk and listen.

  • NetSuite

Cloud financials and ERP: a full cloud ledger, so your finances are managed in real time.

  • Amazon Web Services

Global cloud infrastructure for your ideas, and ours. Most of the world, your competitors included, already runs on it.

  • Google Cloud

Fully managed, multicloud analytics, so more of your people can find the answer and act on it.

Why Salesforce

Most of what we build starts with Salesforce, because it can represent the full range of how a business runs. It handles a simple sales pipeline as well as multi-step onboarding, approval or lending processes, and it adapts as those processes change.

It also doesn't need to be the system of record to be useful. Salesforce can reflect what is happening in your other platforms, such as a paid invoice in Xero or an order in NetSuite, so your team sees the full picture of every account in one place.

That extensibility reaches the wider Salesforce ecosystem. If you prefer one vendor, Agentforce, Fin, Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement sit on the same foundation. If everything can't live in one place, we connect the systems you already have, or plan to adopt, such as Xero or NetSuite, so they work with Salesforce as if they were part of it. Either way, each job gets the right platform, and you keep a single view of your customer.
