Implementation

Salesforce, built for your world, and no one else's.

If you know roughly what you'd like Salesforce to achieve, we'll build a solution that fits the way your business works. Whether you need something simple by a fixed date or a more complex, phased roll-out, we're ready to implement when you are.

Our approach

We build for the week after go-live.

Requirements look complete in a workshop. Then the first real week arrives with the exceptions, the side deals and the client who does it differently, and half the team quietly goes back to their own systems. Five teams, five versions of the same customer, and still no single place to look.

Go-live is a date, not the finish line. A build succeeds when your people use it for real, not when it matches the workshop diagram. So we launch with the core working properly, then stay with your users, testing and refining until the last fixes are done.

  1. Understand how you work

We dig in to observe how the process actually runs: where people compensate and what each role really does.

  2. Identify the quick wins

We find the changes that pay off fastest, then configure as much as we can the Salesforce way before adding custom code and integrations.

  3. Stress test for the long term

We test the system against exceptions, migrated history and real roles, not only the clean scenario.

  4. Train on how you actually work

We bring your people into the real system for training, so they learn on their own records and processes, not a demo org.

  5. Stay while it settles

For the first few weeks after go-live, we work alongside you, with a dedicated Fluent team member handling fixes as the real questions turn up.

  6. Write down the reason

Our documentation describes why it was built that way, not just what the field is called, and whose call it is when it changes.

Two ways to build

The delivery model should match the uncertainty.

Quick start

Known job. Fixed path.

For simpler builds with a clear scope and a practical route to value.

Get started

What's included

  • Fixed cost and date
  • Focused Salesforce configuration
  • Defined data migration
  • Role-based training
  • Launch support
Best when

The business knows the process and needs it built properly.

Phased implementation

Complex change. Visible progress.

For work spanning teams, systems or operating models, where learning has to shape the next release.

What's included

  • Discovery grounded in real work
  • Architecture and integration
  • Delivery in usable slices
  • Change enablement
  • Phased rollout and launch support
Best when

The business needs to keep running while the system changes.

What our implementation approach covers

It depends how much has to change.

Work out what the platform should own and what it should leave alone, so it can change without a rebuild. The shape it needs to be, and the dead ends we're steering around.

Is this the right conversation?

Worth a conversation if

  • You know what you need and you need it built properly.
  • A previous build didn't land, and a second miss isn't an option.
  • You're going live on a date that matters to the business.

Probably not if

  • You're not yet sure what the platform should do.Strategy
  • It's a live platform that needs looking after.Support
  • You want a pair of hands for a fortnight.

Not sure? Let's chat anyway.

Build it once. Build it for the work.

Bring the process, the deadline or the implementation that didn't land.
