Social impact
Giving back is part of how we work.
We back causes the way we'd want to be backed, with time, attention and follow-through. Youngcare has our support, and we're part of Pledge 1%, the movement Salesforce's founders started.

Putting your name behind a cause is the easy part. What matters is giving it your time, turning up and staying with it. That's the kind of support I believe in.
Anthony SextonFounder, Fluent GroupWhy Youngcare
We chose one cause, and stayed.
We've backed Youngcare since 2020. Not at arm's length, and not only when there's a cheque to hand over. We fundraise, serve on grant panels and keep showing up.
Youngcare is headquartered in South Brisbane, and so are we. Being neighbours is how it started. It isn't why it lasted, but it does mean we can be there: in the grant room, at the events, close to the work as it happens.
What Youngcare does
Housing
Designing and building specialist disability accommodation.
Grants
Funding equipment, home modifications and essential services.
Connect
Helping people and families navigate the NDIS and disability sector.
Advocacy
Pushing for systems and policies that give people more choice.

How we help
More than putting our name on it.
We contribute money, time and attention, and we bring our team, clients and network with us.
Fund
Sponsorship and fundraising that directly support Youngcare's work.
Contribute
Serving on grant panels and giving the decisions proper time.
Show up
Taking part in Giving Day, Budgie Bolt, lunches and the 20th Anniversary Gala Ball.

A Salesforce idea we were happy to get on board with.
Before Salesforce was a year old, its founders set aside 1% of its equity, product and staff time for the community. That became Pledge 1%, a movement any company can join at its own scale. Fluent Group is a member: we pledge 1% of our time and 1% of our profits.
The impact belongs to the people doing the work.
We help make more of that work possible.
