Managed tools for businesses running Salesforce

The toolkit for connecting your systems.

Toolkit is a set of pre-built tools that connect the systems you already use. Most of ours sit around Salesforce, but it's not a requirement. Documents built from your records, the source attached to every lead. We run all of it.

The features

Switch on the parts you need.

The features sit on top of the platform. Turn on the ones you need, leave the rest off, add another when the time comes.

Attribution

UTM and click id values travel with the form submission and land on the record, so nobody has to guess which spend produced the enquiry.

Document generation

Quotes, agreements and reports built from records that already exist. The data comes off the record, the user fills the gaps, the finished PDF or Word file lands back where it came from.

Email triage

Inbound email sorted in under 300ms, before it reaches your service queue. Nothing is ever blocked, only routed, so a real enquiry can't go missing while the noise gets held back.

File offload

Salesforce storage bills can climb because of files. Toolkit keeps a file in Salesforce while the work is live, then archives it into your own storage once the job is closed.

Account enrichment

Create an account and the address, description, ABN and GST status arrive with it. You review what it suggests before anything is saved.

News and signals

Ongoing monitoring on the accounts that matter to you. Funding, leadership changes, press. You choose which is worth interrupting someone for.

Relays

One enquiry form. Four things that happen next.

Nobody opens a tab. Nobody copies a field. The run is logged either way, so if the third step fails you hear about it before the customer does.

Document generation

Polished documents from your Salesforce data.

Generate PDFs and Word documents straight from Salesforce records: quotes, invoices, statements. AI-assisted mapping makes set-up fast, and the output stays on brand.

The UTM fields, click ids and landing page travel with every form submission and land on the Salesforce record. When the deal closes, the conversion goes back to the ad account that paid for the click.

  • Source, medium, campaign, term and content captured on every enquiry
  • UTM and click id values travel with the form submission
  • Closed-won conversions sent back to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta

The platform

What you get before you switch anything on.

Every Toolkit subscription includes the platform: the connections, the run history and the credentials. On the managed tier we watch it all too, and when a connection goes wrong it's our problem to solve. Either way it's the same team that already knows your Salesforce.

Connections

The systems we talk to. Not every button in them, and not every problem they solve. Just enough of a connection to let you get on and run your business across the tools you already use.

Run history and alerts

Every run keeps its payload and its result. When something fails the people who need to know are alerted, and there's a record to work from rather than a guess.

Credentials and access

One place to authorise the accounts your business uses. Permissions and notification settings sit with them, so nobody is hunting for a login when a token expires, and you hear from us before it does.

Connections

It connects to what you already use.

Toolkit isn't trying to connect to everything. It connects properly to the systems that keep coming up in Australian businesses running Salesforce, and we add more as client work calls for them. If the one you need isn't here, ask.

Connections are one way and event driven. Something happens, Toolkit sends it on. It isn't a two-way sync, and we would rather say so now than have you find out in week three.

  • SalesforceCRM

Read and write records, watch for changes, and keep Salesforce as the source of truth.

  • Google AdsAdvertising

Send closed-won conversions back to the ad account that generated the lead.

  • Microsoft AdvertisingAdvertising

Offline conversion uploads, working the same way they do for Google Ads.

  • XeroAccounting

Raise invoices from Salesforce records and keep payment status in step.

  • customer.ioMessaging

Trigger campaigns and keep customer attributes current as records change.

  • MailgunEmail delivery

Transactional email for relay error notices and client-facing sends.

  • Gravity FormsWeb forms

Capture submissions straight off a WordPress site, tracking fields included.

  • WebhooksWebhooksInbound

Another system posts to Toolkit when something happens, and that starts a relay.

  • REST APIsREST APIsOutbound

A relay calls another platform's API to create, update or fetch a record.

Who runs it

You aren't the one building this.

The obvious comparison is Zapier, and the real difference is who does the work. With Zapier you build every integration yourself and you fix it when it breaks. With Toolkit we build it, we run it, and when a connection goes wrong it's our problem to solve. It's the same team that already knows your Salesforce.

  1. You build it, you fix it.
  2. We build it, we run it.
  3. For fully custom integrations.

Zapier is too do-it-yourself. MuleSoft is built for fully custom integrations.

Where Toolkit stops.

Is Toolkit the right tool?

It's a good fit if

  • You run Salesforce or another CRM.
  • The systems you need joined up are ones we already connect to.
  • You would rather someone else owned the plumbing than hire for it.

It's the wrong tool if

  • You need a full enterprise integration platform.
  • You need two-way sync at volume.
  • The job is bespoke enough that it stops being repeatable.Integration

In practice

The same small jobs, in very different businesses.

  • A course is booked with the team, the client gets a questionnaire prefilled from Salesforce, fills the gaps, and on submission the training plan is completed in Salesforce.

Fire & Safety AustraliaTraining and compliance

  • A course enquiry lands in Salesforce with its campaign attached, and when the student enrols the conversion goes back to the ad account that paid for the click.

    Learning OnlineEducation

  • An engagement letter is built from the client record, the adviser fills the gaps, and the finished document is filed back against the client it came from.

    Verse WealthFinancial advice

  • An order that closes in Salesforce raises the invoice in Xero, and payment status comes back onto the record without anyone checking two systems.

    GBA GroupBullion

  • An order that closes in Salesforce reaches production and the ERP without being re-keyed, and a handoff that fails is emailed before the job is booked.

    Voltora IndustriesManufacturing

  • A client buys a course in LearnWorlds, and Toolkit adds them to Customer.io, puts them in the right segments and sends the confirmation email.

    Semann & SlatteryConsulting

  • A quote is generated from the record rather than retyped, so what the customer signs matches what the system holds.

    Easy Living

  • A request about a piece becomes a lead with the piece and the budget on it, and the follow-up is sent while the customer is still looking.
